Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, often on the same day! You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information. We ship all our orders using USPS, 

We are not responsible for shipping carrier service delays. It is common during the pandemic and holidays, for Carriers to take an extra day.  They estimate delivery dates, but do not guarantee a delivery date during peak season. 

Domestic Shipping:

At Shopatluxe, our customers are our priority, that’s why we offer discounts and promotional codes. For orders over $50, you will receive free shipping (within the USA.)

Need your item in a hurry? Choose any one of our faster shipping options, from UPS ground to FedEx Next day. We’ve got you covered! Prices for expedited shipping vary based on weight. Please refer to the chart below for more details.

International Shipping: 

We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations, as well as Canada, Australia, Great Britain and New Zealand. Choose USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express. Express orders typically arrive within 3 business days and are well worth the upgrade! Please see the chart below for approximate shipping times for other options. Shipping costs are calculated on item weight and do not include customs, duties, fees, or VAT, which may be incurred once your shipment reaches its country of destination.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

To receive your shipment via PO Box you must choose USPS Priority, or USPS Priority Express.

Checking Order Status:

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a shipment tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (for domestic orders, or 2 weeks for international orders) please contact us at  allthingswoman@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
