FLUSTER questions are divided into three levels of intensity.
- !’s are the icebreakers; they’re the easiest to answer.
- !!’s are a bit deeper.
- !!!’s might require you to be vulnerable and revealing.
But don’t worry! Despite the name, FLUSTER isn’t about making anyone uncomfortable.
Reward the Answers that Resonate
When someone gives their answer, everyone else gets to respond using their reaction cards.
The stronger the reaction you get, the juicier of a question you get to ask, so everyone is incentivized to not hold back when answering questions.
Keep Things Unpredictable
There are also special cards that allow you to mix things up. The FLUSTER card turns a question back on the asker, and the Around the Horn card opens a question up to everyone.
Each expansion pack has its own special cards.
